Bentheim Castle, which proudly towers over the town of Bad Bentheim, offers a very special atmosphere that combines history with a modern, creative working environment. Vacancies
on a mini-job basis
Your tasks:
- Supervision of the grounds and exhibition rooms
- Occasional supervisory services at events
- Support (including physical work, e.g. carrying chairs/tables) in the preparation of events
- Support with the care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas
Your working hours:
- Usually a maximum of five assignments per month
- March to October: 9:30 am to approx. 6:30 pm
- November to February: 9:30 am to approx. 5:30 pm
Your profile:
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German (knowledge of Dutch desirable)
- Reliability and time flexibility
- Communication skills and high social competence
- Ability to deal with conflict

Cleaning staff (m/f/d)
Part-time
Your tasks:
- Cleaning and maintenance of the exhibition and office space
- Cleaning the sanitary facilities on the castle grounds and in the office
- Loving care of our historic wooden surfaces
- Making display cabinets and glass surfaces shine
- With modern tools such as the vacuum cleaner backpack, you can remove all traces of the previous day so that the castle looks fresh every morning
Your working hours:
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m.
- Occasional weekend services
Your profile:
- Reliability
- Responsible, professional and independent way of working
- Experience in basic cleaning
- Very good knowledge of German
- Driver’s license required

- Guiding visitors according to a predefined concept
Your profile:
- Health suitability (walking and standing)
- Good language skills
- Reliability and time flexibility
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communication skills and high social competence
- Experience in dealing with children desirable
- Interest in history and culture
